Additional note for past Tier 5 folks:

All Tier 5 Patrons prior to May 20th, 2023 are immune from exclusion from this scoreboard for the first two releases it gets included on, regardless of ranking. We will either have a separate "founders"-style list for this, or the names will be highlighted to indicate this (pending which works best visually). After that, we'll migrate fully to the new points system where all tiers have a chance at inclusion. 💜
